By accessing or using MarathonMitra ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services. You retain ownership of content you create and post on the Platform. However, by posting content, you grant MarathonMitra a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
Limitation of Liability
MarathonMitra provides the Platform "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarathonMitra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-generated content, including event listings and stories. Users are responsible for verifying information independently.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the Platform and its users.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
