To become an organizer on MarathonMitra, fill out the organizer application form with your organization details, contact information, and city. Once approved, you can list your running events, manage registrations, and reach thousands of runners across India.

As an organizer on MarathonMitra, you can list your races publicly to reach thousands of runners, access analytics and engagement metrics, promote events to targeted runners, and use lead generation tools to grow your event community.

Applying to become an organizer is free. For events, MarathonMitra offers two options: a listing-only plan at a flat ₹3,499 per event (you handle registrations elsewhere), or Enterprise registration with a ₹499 listing fee, ₹15 platform fee per registration, and payment gateway charges. Listing-only (₹3,499 flat per event) publishes your event on MarathonMitra for discovery while you manage registrations on your own website or offline, with no per-registration charges. Enterprise registration (₹499 listing + ₹15 per registration + payment gateway) adds end-to-end online registration, secure payments, automated Email/WhatsApp confirmations, an organiser dashboard, and weekly payouts.
