My Running Journey – From Setbacks to Strength
I started running in August 2025 — not for medals, not for attention, but to find peace.
The last 6–7 months were not easy. Professionally and personally, I faced setbacks that shook my confidence. People said, “Pagal ho gaya hai…”
Maybe I did.
Maybe I became crazy about discipline.
Crazy about self-growth.
Crazy about proving to myself that I am stronger than my circumstances.
Running became my therapy.
Every kilometer released stress.
Every long run rebuilt my mindset.
From 5 km to 10 km…
15 km to 20 km…
26 km to 32 km…
43 & 44 km — officially and unofficially.
Today, I proudly hold 6 medals, including 5K, 10K and 43K achievements.
But the real victory is mental strength.
And now, my journey has evolved.
I am currently taking Herbalife Wellness Coach training and officially working as an Independent Associate.
Because transformation is not just about running long distances —
It’s about helping others build strength, energy, and a healthier lifestyle.
And on 22 Feb I have been completed 50 kms tata ultra marathon
From healing myself
To helping others heal and grow.
This is just the beginning. 🏃♂️💚🔥
Give me title for it
