10 K Run time of 66.29
This is my new PR. πͺ
But the premise to this was different.
Till two days before race day, my Achilles Tendon got swollen and I told myself that I should skip it.π€
But I decided to run and make sure that I should start and clever enough to quit, if it's aching again.π
The Race started and then was mindful about the every step I take.
I started playing music from my phone loudly, I carry it for my runs as I vlog while running.
@runningwithjr do tend to subscribe it π
Then 100 meters turned into a 1 K and that into 1 mile and then in 33 minutes I can see crossing 5 K.
Then a few more kms then I could see the 5 K runners on the other side, now I clearly told myself " no time to quit" π«‘
Many could hear this from my mouth as I was very loud when saying this.
And then suddenly I could hear the chenda from long, now I felt like yabba saamy i am going to end this.π
This was foolish of me to put me through this, but it was worth it.
Made my personal 10 K PR and I was faster than my police Run that I did on March 1.
