•Group Discount Bookings: Available for corporate, running clubs, and large groups. ​

•Note: Valid group discount requests were accepted until July 15, 2026. ​

Cancellation and Refund Policy ​•Standard Policy: In case of event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control, registrations are non-refundable but can be fully adjusted for future events organized by the team. ​

•No-Questions-Asked Refund: If a participant wishes to withdraw voluntarily, they must submit a written request at least 10 days prior to the event date to receive a refund (minus processing fees). ​
