​Twin Lake Ultra Edition 2 – Jammu 2026

About the Event ​

The Twin Lake Ultra (Edition 2) is a premier mountain running challenge that invites adventure lovers, endurance athletes, and nature enthusiasts to experience the scenic landscapes of Jammu & Kashmir. Organized by the Jammu Hills Sports Club Foundation in collaboration with the Directorate of Tourism Jammu and the Surinsar-Mansar Development Authority (SMDA), this extraordinary endurance race tests your limits through the breathtaking Shivalik foothills. 

All three race categories take place on Sunday, 16th August 2026, starting from the Sidhra Golf Course, Jammu. 

•The Ultra Challenge (50 KM) 

°Start Time: 04:00 AM 

°Finish Point: Mansar Lake 

°Cut-Off Time: 10 Hours 

°Registration Fee: Rs. 2500 (Inc. of all taxes) 

°Registration closes on 2nd Aug 2026, 11:59 PM 

°Note: 50 KM runners are allowed one baggage point at the 25 KM mark (Surinsar Lake), which must be deposited a day prior during the BIB Expo on 15th August. 

•The Challenge (25 KM) 

°Start Time: 05:00 AM 

°Finish Point: Surinsar Lake 

°Cut-Off Time: 04 Hours 

°Registration Fee: Rs. 2000 (Inc. of all taxes) 

°Registration closes on 2nd Aug 2026, 11:52 PM 

•The Hill Challenge (12.5 KM / 14.5 KM) 

°Start Time: 06:00 AM 

°Finish Point: First Viewpoint (crossing Tutan Di Khui near Bajalta) 

°Cut-Off Time: 02:30 Hours 

°Registration Fee: Rs. 1500 (Inc. of all taxes) 

°Registration closes on 2nd Aug 2026, 11:51 PM 

Event Inclusions 

Every registered participant receives an official race package which includes: 

•Official event kit and timed race BIB 

•Event T-shirt and Goodie Bag 

•Finisher Medal and E-Certificate 

•Delicious post-race lunch, refreshments, food, and beverages 

•Expert medical support and fully stocked aid/hydration stations every 5 KM 

•Official race photographs 

Event Logistics & Transportation 

•Getting to the Start: All participants must arrange their own transport to arrive at the Sidhra Golf Course start line. It is highly recommended to arrive at least 30 minutes before your specific race category flag-off. 

•Mid-Race Transportation: Runners in the 12.5K/14.5K and 25K categories will be picked up from their respective finish points and driven to Mansar Lake so everyone can unite for the closing ceremony. 

•Return Transportation: Free return shuttles will be provided for all participants from the culmination venue at Mansar Lake back to the starting point at Sidhra Golf Course after the event concludes. 

Age Groups & Podium Prizes 

The event features competitive categories for both Male and Female runners across the following age brackets: 18–35 years, 36–45 years, 46–55 years, 56–65 years, and Above 65 years. Exciting tourism rewards await the top finishers: 

•Winner: 2 Nights Stay at Gulmarg (for 4 People) 

•1st Runner-Up: 2 Nights Stay at Patnitop (for 4 People) 

•2nd Runner-Up: 2 Nights Stay at Bhaderwah (for 4 People)
