EVENT OVERVIEW
The Coffee Trails 2026 is the 4th edition of the trail-running event in Coorg, taking runners through the region's famous coffee estates, forests, hills and mountain trails.
The route covers some of Coorg's most prominent peaks, including Thadiandamol — the tallest peak in Coorg — Kabbe and Chomakund. Participants can choose between three challenging trail distances, with elevation gains ranging from 710 metres to 2,818 metres.

TRAIL & TERRAIN
The Coffee Trails takes runners through:
• Coffee plantations
• Forest trails
• Mountain slopes
• Grass-covered hill sections
• Mud and stone trails

The organizers describe sections ranging from relatively comfortable stone and mud trails to difficult grassy hill sections. Because of the monsoon conditions in Coorg, parts of the trail can also become slippery.

The event is substantially different from a conventional road marathon. Participants should be prepared for steep climbs, uneven surfaces, slippery sections and prolonged time on mountain trails.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER POLICY
The current registration information states that cancellations are not eligible for a refund or transfer to another runner, except if the event itself is cancelled.
Participants may request to carry their entry forward to a future edition or transfer it to another event in the Grand Indian Trails series, subject to the organizer's process and approval.
