Signathon Hyderabad 2026 is the 3rd edition of Signathon, organized by Ashray Akruti to promote communication accessibility, Indian Sign Language (ISL), disability inclusion and equal opportunities for people with hearing and speech impairments.

The event brings together runners, families, students, corporate teams, fitness enthusiasts and communities to run for inclusion and help break communication barriers.
