Mysuru Chamundi Hills Marathon 2026

Experience the ultimate blend of heritage, nature, and endurance at the Mysuru Chamundi Hills Marathon 2026. Organized by NEB Sports, this premier athletic event invites runners to challenge themselves against the scenic backdrop and elevation of Mysuru’s iconic Chamundi Hills. Starting from the historic Police Grounds in Mysuru, participants can choose from timed competitive runs to a casual family fun run. Whether you are aiming for a personal best in the half marathon or tackling the full marathon elevation, this event promises an unforgettable race-day experience through one of Karnataka's most historic landscapes. ​

•Registration Deadline: Registrations remain open until August 14, 2026. ​

•Age Requirements: ​

°Full Marathon (42.2 km): Minimum 18 years on race day ​

°Half Marathon (21.1 km): Minimum 18 years on race day

°10K Timed Run: Minimum 14 years on race day ​

°5K Fun Run: Minimum 6 years on race day ​

•​Cancellations incur a processing fee of ₹250. ​

•Category changes and refunds are permitted only up to 60 days prior to the event date (subject to open registration). ​

•No partial refunds are provided for category downgrades. ​

Phase 2: Race Prep & BIB Collection (1 Day Prior) ​

•BIB Expo: Conducted Saturday, December 12, 2026 (one day prior to race day). ​

•Important Expo Guidelines: ​

°No On-Spot Registration: All participants must register online in advance. ​

°BIB Collection by Proxy: If collecting a BIB on behalf of another participant, you must present a written consent letter from the registered runner. ​

°No Race-Day Collection: There will be no BIB distribution on race day. ​

•Date: Sunday, December 13, 2026 ​

•Venue: Police Grounds, Mysuru, Karnataka

°BIB Placement: Wear your timing BIB clearly visible on your chest. Wearing it on your back leads to disqualification from prize rankings. ​

°Strict No-Transfer Policy: Exchanging BIBs with another runner is strictly prohibited and results in immediate disqualification. ​

°Post-Race Rewards: Finishers receive a Finisher's Medal and digital Timing Certificate (for timed categories). ​

°Price: ₹1,500 (Standard: ₹2,500) ​

°Target Audience: Seasoned marathoners ready for elevation challenges
