📦 The official rules confirm that the BIB Expo takes place one day before the race.
🚫 There will be no BIB Expo on race day.
🪪 If someone collects a BIB on behalf of another participant, they must carry a consent letter from the registered participant.
🏅 All finishers across 21.1K, 10K and 5K receive a Finisher Medal.
📜 E-Timing Certificates are available for 21.1K and 10K.
🏆 Merit Certificates are provided to eligible prize-money winners.
🌿 The race takes place through the scenic landscape of Kodagu/Coorg, known for its coffee estates, hills and monsoon greenery.

🏷️ BIBs are non-transferable.
🚫 Participants must run only in their registered category.
❌ Category changes are restricted close to race day.
🏷️ BIB Rules
🏷️ Only participants wearing the official 2026 BIB will be allowed on the course.
📌 BIB must be worn on the front of the vest/shirt.
🚫 Damaged, altered, folded or exchanged BIBs can result in disqualification.
⏱️ No Chip = No Timing = No Prize Money.
🏥 Medical & Safety
🏥 Medical support is available during the event.
👨⚕️ Medical personnel may stop a participant if they are considered medically unfit to continue.
👮 Participants must cooperate with police and security personnel.
🚫 Pets, unregistered runners and unauthorized participants are not permitted on the course.
🎒 Baggage
🧳 Baggage counters will be available.
🔐 Participants are advised not to leave valuables in stored baggage.
